Burgundy: Wine Bike Tour

Discover Burgundy on the vineyard coast by bike in the company of a local guide. Your visit will be separated by breaks during which you will taste Burgundy products directly in the vineyards. Just a few kilometers from the Vines of the Côte de Beaune, come and discover with your private expert the vines & paths which are behind the reputation of Wine making through this Wine bike Tour in Burgundy. On the road your private bike & wine guide will suggest you unique wine tasting in the famous wineries and/or will lead you to share the secrets of a winemaker in small & authentic domains. You will go along the paths on varied routes: downhill into the vines, through soothing undergrowth and across fords.

Tour 1: Côte de Nuits 

Oenological ride in the great wines of Burgundy around Clos de Vougeot and Romanée-Conti throughout was is known as “The Champs Elysées of Burgundy”.

The Route des Grands Crus, our Champs-Elysées in Burgundy, will be the common thread of your cycling tour. During our stops, you will discover the specificities of our vineyard, you will pedal between vines and old limestone walls. After a reading of the landscape and the explanation of the classification of appellations, it is already time for the tasting, we will visit a wine estate in Vougeot with its typical cellar. You will taste some wines and eat traditional “Gougères”. In the domain you will enjoy a tasting of 4 wines (if half day) or 8 if full day.

Tour 2: Côte de Beaune 

Cycling through Cote de Beaune with your guide, a cycling and wine professional, will allow you to discover the climats of the great wine appellations: Beaune, Pommard, Volnay! 

During our stops, you will discover the specificities of our vineyard, you will pedal between vines and old limestone walls. Your guide will make you taste a wine in the middle of the vineyard before arriving at a local winegrower who will open his doors to you for a visit to the estate, his cellars and his vat room before a tasting of 4 or 5 wines (if half day) or 8 if full day. This ride is commented and led by your guide. Our objective is to make you discover our region through these landscapes but also to give you a better approach to the classification of the Climats of Burgundy. Each vineyard in France is different, but ours is very specific and above all unique!
